After experiencing trauma, you might feel as though you lost parts of yourself and become disconnected. By combining hypnosis and NLP-techniques, you can work to reintegrate these lost parts and address the negative impacts of trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
My approach to trauma treatment focuses on helping you reconnect with these lost parts of yourself, rather than concentrating on the specifics of the trauma or how to cope with it.
